Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the SHD YouTube Command Center. By authorizing a Google or YouTube account, accessing the system, or using information it produces, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize an account or use the system.
Purpose
The Command Center collects and organizes authorized YouTube information for SHD Studios analytics, content evaluation, operational planning, marketing decisions, production management, historical comparison, and executive reporting. It is not offered as a general public analytics platform.
Authorized users
Access is limited to SHD Studios personnel, contractors, collaborators, and account holders expressly authorized by SHD Studios. Users must have legal authority to connect any Google account or YouTube channel they authorize.
Authorization and revocation
The system uses Google OAuth and read-only YouTube permissions. It cannot upload, edit, publish, or delete YouTube content. Users may revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future collection but does not automatically delete stored analytics.
Permitted and prohibited use
The Command Center may be used only for legitimate SHD Studios business, creative, marketing, publishing, production, and management purposes.
Users may not access unauthorized channels, circumvent security controls, sell Google user data, build unauthorized viewer profiles, create fake engagement, misrepresent analytics, interfere with system operation, or use data for an undisclosed secondary purpose.
Platform compliance
Use is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service, Google API Services User Data Policy, and YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Automated and AI-assisted analysis
The system may use formulas, automated rules, statistical comparisons, or AI to summarize data and propose actions. Outputs are advisory and do not replace human judgment. SHD Studios personnel remain responsible for final publishing, production, financial, marketing, legal, and personnel decisions.
Accuracy and availability
Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or affected by API limitations and platform definitions. SHD Studios does not guarantee continuous availability, complete historical data, exact agreement with every YouTube interface, or specific audience or business outcomes. Material decisions should be verified against the original platform.
Intellectual property
The scripts, configuration, documentation, dashboards, branding, and original reporting structures are owned by or licensed to SHD Studios. Google, YouTube, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of those services does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Security and third-party services
Users must not disclose credentials, secrets, tokens, or private spreadsheets. The system relies on Google Cloud, Apps Script, Sheets, YouTube, and related APIs. SHD Studios does not control their availability, policies, definitions, or technical changes.
Suspension and termination
SHD Studios may suspend access when authorization is revoked, credentials are compromised, a user violates these Terms, continued access presents a risk, or a platform requires suspension. Tokens may be revoked or deleted upon termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the system is provided “as is” and “as available.” SHD Studios does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing produced constitutes legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, or investment advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHD Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from inaccurate data, service interruption, platform changes, expired authorization, or decisions based solely on automated recommendations.
